Recent session with many missing channels. I have read that some cars do not report some of the more valuable data to the CAN. Is that what I have from the above run?

I cannot see your Podium data, but it is possible that some data isn't being broadcasted. First step is to use the RaceCapture app's dashboard to verify data is being broadcasted over CAN bus. If the values are stuck at 0, then you could go into the CAN bus mapping under setup and delete the unused channels.
