Killed Outputs

I have managed to kill some of my programmable outputs and shift light output. Probably caused by some new wiring on my dash for the lights.
Anyway I've just had the top off my MJLJ and I do not get 5v at the resistors between the main ic and transistors on the dead outputs (R9, R11 etc). (I do on R8 for PGM4 which still works as expected.) Have a killed the processor or could it just be the output transistors fried?
Thanks,
Chris

It was the transistors. Found a couple of unused ones and swapped them over. Works a treat after i fixed the wiring for my shift lights.
