Order comfirmation ??

Hi is it possable to get a order confirmation? I placed an order a week and a half back and was expecting a confiemation of my order, or something?
I did a search and noted this question has been asked befor but could find no real answers, so sorry to have to clog up the forum.
I appreciate the work thats been done here and look forward to getting my project on the road.
