Megajolt Tps won't map
I have a similar problem -only worse. I've calibrated my TPS and the load meter moves in response to the throttle pedal but I get no movement at all in the load axis of the map -the dial goes around but the map stays firmly on the top line. MJ is advancing the igntion as measured with a timing light...

diagnostics ?
What about some simple diagnostics, either from a plugged in PC or using the switched ouputs - to show for example crank sensor is triggering, MJ is running (flashing an output as a watchdog? ), Programming an output as coms Tx/Rx light ??? . Not sure how you could achieve this, but could envisage s...

starting point
I'd go with this a being a great idea too - its almost impossible ( with my skills anyway) to get the trigger wheel & sensor aligned spot on ( seems confusing to adjust too when you've looked at the error with a strobe light ) , so a software twiddle of a few degress ( +/- 5 deg??) "global&...

shift light glow
Not quite the same as mine -mine is there all the time from startup . It is on one output LED only ( notably the red one -which I'm guessing is the most sensitive in terms of light output/mA, other drive white & green leds and could have the same effect ,but i don't see it) and is a dim flickeri...

shift light glowing
I have a glowing shift light too - it flickers dimly. It is only on one output (I use four outputs to drive LEDS). Because it flickers I've put it down to some sort of noise problem - I don't *think* its related to RPM ( the output supply transistor must be switching ?) ; I do not have a capacitor o...

Hi, Dunno but .... ** Have you checked the gap between the crank sensor and the an the toothed wheel ?? ** It could also be a noise problem -the latest MJ software has adjustable filtering ,have a look at it. ** You haven't set the rev linit too low by mistake ??? ** Have you updated the firmware, I...

1700 X/flow Westfield install
Hi all, just completed my MJ install and ran my 1700 Westfield. The car is a typical 135 BHP spec Westfield with bored out 1600 Cross flow motor , ported head, A2 cam . The car runs much better with MJ even though I've yet to optimse the map, there is less popping and spitting and the car runs smoth...

Hi, I've made my shift light from an LED torch off Ebay - very cheap. I took two leds out and replaced them with a single red and green LED. I then cut the back of the ciruit board about to bring out wires for the green ,white, and red LEDS. I now have a 3 stage shift light. for good measure I also ...
