Im running Yamaha Mikuni R1 Bike Carbs, they have a TPS on the side, can someone confim the connections as to whats 5v & earth & TPS trigger to MJ as per picture

It doesn't move as i thougt it should. It jumps from 0 to 80% with the slightest of pedal movement and then another jump to 100% at full and then sometimes doen't move at all. It looks like a faulty TPS. I assume it ment to flow round from 0 to 100% as i move the pedal

Thrown away the eBay lead and bought a proper one from a shop with instructions and it works fine on my laptop. When revving the engine ( in the garage as not road legal yet) on the MJ tuning page 'Ignition Configuration' the red square moves about as i revv the engine but only moves side ways along...

Thats what i was hoping it would do, but i didn't, so i put the disk in and it has no auto run, and loads of set-up files and no read me.

Guys im using one of these adaptors but un sure what i have to load off the cd rom, no instructions with it. Any one used one before, im using a laptop with xp pro.

There mikuni carbs from a Yamaha R1, the manifold is from a company called Bogg Brother. The sorted the hole lot carbs and maifold and dyno'd ready for a zetec. Just bolt on really. £300 the lot

Woo Hoo i got there in the end. I've installed the latest firmware and its all works. You say that the old Configurator was fine - does it still work with that? - do you still have the equiva...

Charged the battery over night, and tried it before i went to work, still doing the same. HELP

Im using a serial cable with a 12v battery, ive tried bith firmware. Ill charge the battery as its been sitting here ofr a few months, it working fine with the old style software.

Thas what im doing guys, soon as the 'Waiting for HC08 reset ACK...'msg appears i power up the MJLJ unit but nothing happens it just keeps waiting.

Does this look ok ??
