488 Lucas Distributer maps

Based on the work undertaken by ggzilla of a map file generator spreadsheet.

I have taken the Lucas distributor lists published online and built the data into
a excel based calculator, there are 195 distributors with data on makes and
models to which they are fitted. The methodology uses linear interpolation
as curve fitting methods tend to over estimate the intermediate values.

Therefore this should result in safe and reasonably accurate maps based
on the available data

The way this program worsk is all fo the data is linked to the index number
This can be found in the List page, then entered into the calculator.
The calculator is not able to output a text file yet (if anyone has some code for
outputing a txt file from data in html let me know and i'll update this)

Edit: The MJJL output method has been tweeked, so that the text can now be copied out in one operation. (19/03/09)
