Load bins and Kpa

Struggling yet again to get it running smoothly, have replaced all parts twice now.
First thing to try and understand is the relation ship between load bin value and Kpa.
One map that was working well has load bin values up to 154 but the gauge only goes to 102Kpa am i missing something here?

Snapperpaul,
The map with load bins going up to 154 allows for boosted engines ,Turbo or supercharged. Without boost the manifold pressure won't get much above 100kpa. Good luck
