Laser cut adjustable trigger wheels.....

Post by tedzbug »

I am having a trigger wheel cut for myself for my '75 super beetle. I followed a design i found on here except i made the teeth tapered from top to bottom like the factory wheels i have seen. I also had it burned from 3/8" thick steel plate.

Will post pics once the wheel is in this week.

If it is good, and only if i can get enough people, I can place an order for them.

tedzbug, The wheel definitely looks good. What price range are we looking at and do you have a dimensioned drawing? I'm interested.

Yes, i can make more. Let me contact my laser guy and see what small quantities will be. i had him quote 25, i will see what 4-5 will cost and then i will post a price.

btw here was the format for posting pics. I have the pic hosted on my own photo site.
< img src="YOUR IMAGE PATH HERE"/ >
to use this format you need to remove the space between < and img and also the space at the end between / and >.
My image path that goes in between "" is http://www.pbase.com/tedzillich/image/44253246.jpg
