PIP signal & tach output

I finally got my dual plug EDIS-4 setup working on my airplane. However I need to know how many PIP signals are sent per 360 degrees of crank rotation. Is it two?

I believe it is 2 for an EDIS4, 3 for a EDIS6 and 4 for an EDIS8 from what i have researched.
