How does the EDIS/MJLJ know the firing order of my engine?

Post by pavel5 »

This is a basic question, I know, but I found nothing about Firing Order in the "MJLJ V4 Operation Guide". I found the 'number of cylinders box' in the operation guide but nothing about the different order for my ancient Willys Jeep Tornado Six engine (which is 1-5-3-6-2-4). Can anyone lead this old horse to water? I don't even know the firing order that the Ford EDIS unit is set to...

Thanks

Pavel

Thank you Nitropixie! That's clear enough for even this old horse to understand!
