Wireing MJ thru battery isolator switch for uk racing

I have just realised that when i pull my isolator switch whilst the engine is running the engine continues to run. What is the best way to wire the MJ through the switch?

Don't worry about wiring the megajolt through the cut-out, just the power to the coilpack (central pin).
