To eliminate possible feature bugs in my software I need to know theoretical maximi and minimi for RPM and advance. Is it possible for rpm go over 10,000 or below 500? Is it possible for advance to go below 0 and above 59?
Recently I reviwed ECC-IV timing maps. (paper I e-mailed you brend) They had some of the advance values listed in negative values. Is it possible for advance to be negative BDTC?

The only reason for negative
The only reason for negative timing I can think of would be some cases when tuning for emmissions. It would be a rare need indeed.

Ummm. If megajolt can
Ummm. If megajolt can accept negative advance values, why not writing a tuning program that can accept those values as well? Can megajolt be sent negative advance values?

Megajolt doesn't currently
Megajolt doesn't currently accept negative advance values, and it might be that the EDIS doesn't either. As for max RPM, what's to gain by limiting it to anything less than 25,500 RPM?
