reading a data log

okay hopefully I can explain this well so here goes.....I took my car to the drag strip last night and recorded my log of the run...I did run into a problem with a lean issue in 3rd gear and had to shut down at the 1/8th mile. On reading my log I noticed my rpm ina few areas of going over my 6000rpm points one being 7068rpm, did I really do that? It seems possible as it's correct at idle with the tach? Also my max load of the run was 181 in 3rd gear, so I can only assume when I get the lean issue fixed I will see higher loads on my table in 4th? It's funny you can see where I shiftgear by the rpm and load changes...good stuff....oh by the way here's my time slip right lane car #9962

Can you post your data log, or at least an image of the datalog screenshot? I'm curious if it's showing a 'spike' or a more gradual progression towards that RPM. Also, if your tach is slow to respond you might've actually hit that RPM without seeing it visually on the tach. Computers tell no tales

Looks like a bona-fide 7K RPM. Is that bad for your engine? or are you just curious?

it's a turbo motor which I don't think is really needed but hey if It's still making power so be it, I was more curious than anything else, how about the load issue, I was only in 3rd gear here, will the load increase in 4th as I take out more timing there.....thanks and what a wonderful product
