Mini 1275 not starting in limp home

Hi there, i've just installed MJ in my mini, and before i connect up the MJ box itself, i did as was recommended and tried to start it in limp home mode on the EDIS. But it won't fire. Engine turns over, fuel gets through, but the car won't run.

I've checked for a spark, and i'm definately getting one, so it must be a timing problem.

Can anyone confirm the configuration of the HT leads from the coilpack to the spark plugs for a mini?? I think my firing order may be wrong.

Coil Pack plug #1 to Far RIGHT (radiator side)
Coil Pack plug #2 to second from LEFT
Coil Pack plug #3 to second from RIGHT
Coil Pack plug #4 to far LEFT

Or off engine side (same thing really)
Engine Plug #1 radiator side to Coil plug #1
Engine Plug #2 second from right to Coil plug #3
Engine Plug #3 third from right to Coil Plug #2
Engine Plug #4 far left to Coil Plug #4
