Hi, im having problems with pc talking to megajolt. Im not a computor wiz so a little help would be nice. I have folowed all the java and download proc to the t and all seems well but when opening the megajolt page up all i get is "unable to open port com1 unknown serial port", im using a standard serial cable, the unit was built by Brent so im asuming that is ok, i am doing this with the unit powered up. i have also tried folowing the hyperterminal link with no joy. If anyone could shed any light i would be most thankfull. Tim

Are you sure there is not some other program hogging the port? PALM applicatins are very hoggish.

I've uploaded mjdiag.exe which I wrote as a diagnostic program. Let me know if it works.
