MJLJ Software not loading/crashing ? - UPDATE ! >:-)

Apologies if this has been covered before.

Trying to load the software so I can change/upload a map

Can't get past the inital introduction screen before it crashed - running latest version on Win XP.

any suggestions !?

What error are you seeing on the screen?
Are you having problems with the *installation program* or are you having problems launching the configuration software after installation?

Hello Brent !

Program installed fine.

Upon loading, it gets as far as the " autosport labs " tab, then windows jumps in with " this program has suffered an error and needed to close " etc etc, and the choice weather to submit a report to M'soft or not.

Do you want the data from the report ?

UPDATE !

Have manged to deduce that its something to do with my ancient ATI graphics cards .dll files.

Not a lot I can do about as its long since usupported.

Does the MJ software use openGL ??

Anyway, going to work around the problem by putting another pc together out of the junk in the garage.

Broken OpenGL support is a common issue. You might want to check "windows update" for an update to the graphics card. ATI still might have an updated driver buried on their website, too.
