coil input for efi controller

I'm finishing up my fi install and found a problem with no fuel at the injectors,, my system is similar to the CB performance 4 knob system used for years now. Okay it needs a coil input from the - side of coil to fire the injectors....I've tried # 11 on the edis module (where my tach is hooked) and the tach port on Megajolt. Any ideas what to look for?....I'm stumped thanks

well here's a dumb ass mistake #101 don't get your switched hot lead from the headlight curcuit, on 72 beetles the headlights go off when the starter is engaged
