How do I open downloaded maps on my computer??

Post by 4AGE FORD »

Hello,

I'm new here and have recently purchased a megajolt kit for my 4AGE engine, however I am unable to open the maps on my computer on the supplied cd or any downloaded ones, it just says 'windows is unable to open this file type'. How do I go about opening them please?

Hello and welcome-

What you would do is first install the configuration software, then use that software to open the various Ignition Map files supplied.

What error message are you seeing? Sometimes if the download doesn't complete it results in a corrupt file. Best to retry.

Hi Brent the error message I am seeing is NSIS Error, This is what it says, "Installer integrity check has failed, Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy."

I have tried to download again but keep getting the same message.
