I need a rev limiter

I need a rev limiter

I've just got the mjlj system up and run on My peugoet 205 Gti on twin 45's Carb, but now i need to sort out a rev limiter a was wondering what my options are??? can any one help me with a safe rev limiter the not going to damage the engine.

Have you loaded the MJLJunior-3.0.1s19 firmware yet? This has a soft revlimiter built in wich pulls timing to 0° at the preset limit. Have you tried this yet? It may not be "positive" enough for your application. Depends on what you are trying to accomplish with it.

has any one had any success with the rev limiter on the files page i have built one and the coil wires are earthing out all the time even without the mj input wire connected ive obviously make a mistake somewhere

i would like to try again and build a new one from scratch

has anyone built one that works ? and could help me and others by giving us an idiot proof diagram to follow and maybe some pics
