A Trigger Wheel for Small Block Guys on the Cheap

I installed this last summer and it has been working flawlessly. I have minimal fabricating
skills and was able to do this in about 2 hours.

I made my own 36-1 trigger wheel out of my 3 grove crank pulley. Since the back groove
is not used in my setup, I turned the back of the pulley into my trigger wheel. I found and
printed off a 360º wheel marked every 5º degrees. Took a little time to find and re-size to
fit my pulley perfectly. I taped it to the pulley and marked it every 5º and then used an
angle grinder to cut my teeth. Its not perfect, but she runs like a champ!!

Great idea and congratulations for not slipping with the angle grinder! At least you won't have any problems with it coming loose!
