i may have missing this info somewhere and i just wanted some clarification.
in regards to the tuning software, i assume the @ idle the MAP sensor value should be around 0kpa?
@ WOT it goes to 100kpa (roughly) and finally on boost in access of 100kpa (1bar = 200kpa?)

Sort of...
0 Kpa is a perfect vacuum, so unlikely to be obtained in a manifold ![Wink ;-)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
Mine never goes below about 50 Kpa at idle/small throttle
WOT is around 100 Kpa ie close to atmospheric
On boost then in excess of 100 Kpa, but your last bracket is not correct - 1 bar is equivalent to 100 Kpa

ok cool.
yeah, i just wanted to get my head around the direction of the map sensor calibration, mine jumps all over place even at idle ![Razz :P](./images/smilies/icon_razz.gif)
so essentially, i'd be lookin at tuning between 40kpa and 100kpa to start with, and then when running 7 psi, i'd goto 150kpa? (+/-)
