Coil Pack type?

Hi Guys,
Just starting out and buying my parts, so be gentle with me.
With regard to coil packs, are most Ford types suitable, or only the older type?
The newer ones seem to be available at a good price on ebay. Like this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-FOCUS-ST170- ... 2308wt_905

That coil pack will most likely work well.
