unable to download latest config software

Tried to download latest config software last night but the download fails. I've added a screen dump (hopefully) of the error message.
Laptop is Dell 630 latitude and cursed with Vista operating system!
Version 4.0.1 loaded ok just 4.0.2 that it doesn't like.

The download interrupted from the website, resulting in a corrupted installer.

Solution: try again.

Also, what browser are you using to download?

Hi Brent,
Thanks for the quick response.
Internet explorer is the browser but not sure what version - probably the latest
Tried to download the latest version several times on Wednesday night but all resulted in the same.
However downloaded first time last night and installed Ok. It did come up with a message at the end of the install to say it haden't installed properly but it opened up and all appeared to be functioning Ok. Will connect to the megajolt this weekend as see how it goes.
