Tacho conversion for Megajolt setups

I've deprecated the old attiny based tacho conversion project and created a new one based on standard components. Should be as simple to build as the original one but does not require a programmer or software anymore. The conversion allows you to not only run your original tacho with a megajolt setup but also adapt the tacho for an engine with a cylinder count different from the original one.
