engine runs on edis; not with megajolt :-(

Hello,

I'm a bit hopeless..........

My 1969 lotus with a zetec engine + DCOE carbs is running with the megajolt disconnected.
so:
-EDIS works
-VR wired ok
-sparks

When I start the engine with the megajjolt connected, the engine just won't start.
-Megajolt v4 + hard rev limiter (hence coil needs separate power source when running EDIS without MJ)
bought assembed (trigger-wheels.com)
-MJ light burns OK when power on
-TPS works on screen laptop
-wire connections PIP-SAW check OK
-zetec map loaded.

Have I missed anything?

How do you have your Megajolt coil wired when the megajolt is connected? Where is the +12v coil wire connected to?

Hi Brent,

when MJ is connected:
+ power comes from COIL POWER PIN left top (internal hard rev limiter )
both coils signal (-) wired to edis

when only edis is connected:
+ power separate feed ; temporary fused wire from battery
