2 Step Rev Limiter

It would be really nice to have a 2 step rev limiter. I can't be the first one that's brought this up... Anyone?

Right now the rev limiter output triggers the soft rev limiter 100 RPM before the output is enabled, so you get a type of 2 step limiter.

You can widen this 100 RPM gap by do this by triggering the hard rev limiter using of the user outputs, set to a higher RPM than the hard rev limiter output.
