2 coil packs, tachAdapter - RPM signal drops at 3K - fixed

I had problems getting the tach to pick up the signal - after searching here, i did the following

1) added tachAdapter (did not work out of the package)

2) tach adapter has Resitor #1 and #2 removed (this did nothing)

3) added a 15v zener diode with the band pointing towards the tach adapter (sort of worked - drop to zero above ~3000rpm)

4) swapped the 15v zener for an 18v zener - same as #3

5) by-passed MJ and the tach Adapter completed and went with pin #11 on EDIS module (CTO - Clean Tach Out) and it worked fine.

Glad you got it working. This is a pretty common occurrence with interfacing tachometers. Many have very specific requirements.
