Hi everyone,
I would like to know what GPS module the system uses, the model, chip set and general specs (besides the 10Hz info which is public). Has anyone more information? And based on user experience, how accurate is it?
Thank you!

I think it is the LS2303 from locosys.
You have additional information on their website : http://www.locosystech.com/product.php?id=21
A datasheet is also available here : http://www.nextboat.it/menu/it/accessor ... t_v1.2.pdf
Does anyone knows a 20Hz GPS solution with rs232 ?

Hi Piccoz, welcome!
That is the correct module - it uses the well regarded MTK3339 chipset- 66 channels, -165dB sensitivity.
-neoraptor:
For 20Hz a possible choice is this device: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11058
We have been a bit skeptical about the legitimate accuracy of modules advertised as 20Hz- Just see the first comment in the sparkfun catalog listing. However if you find more information about 20Hz devices and their relative accuracy, please share it here!

Thanks for the info guys, MT3339 is a decent chipset but I had better results with Garmin GPS18x-5Hz that uses an older chipset (MT3318T) from MediaTek. Drawback with this one, it is only 5Hz.
I wanted to ask you what you think about this one (beside the high cost...): http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/swi ... s-receiver
If they get it to work with a quick moving receiver with the precision they promise and at 50Hz it would be incredible. What do you think?
