Was working now it's not? Megajolt on a 1275

Hi guys,

I was running a megajolt lite on my 1275 mini, was running as in advancing timing on the car and also feeding info back to the laptop.

Now it is not doing either, light still comes on on the unit, but it won't talk to the computer (tried 4 and each port) and when plugged in to the car it doesn't advance the timing.

Unsure what could of happened (haven't blown any fuses) pip is sending signal still.

Even replaced one of the ICs

Please help

Hi, all good.

I replaced the uln2003 as that is the only one I could find from my electronics store. I still have the original chip, I just switched it around by way of trouble shooting.

What continuity checks can I do to ensure that everything is kosher?

What chip/capacitor is most susceptible to death by short circuit?

How much would shipping be to Australia, Queensland, 4503 postcode for a new megajolt unit?

Hi - Can you tell us what version Megajolt you have? does it have socketed chips? if you could take a picture of the board that would help.

Shipping to AUS is about $30 USD.

It only has two socketed chips on the megajolt lite. I also will post a photo of the back. The ic I took out is still in perfect condition and switching it out didn't do anything.
