a quick question for the technical guys, megajolt is now also controlling mine electric fuel pump, but when the engine is cold the idle is around 630 rpm , but sometimes it goes below 600 and then cuts of the fuel pump because the trigger is set to 500 with a hysteresis of 100. 500 is now the lowest i can go with the software, is there a solution to drop the trigger-point to 400?

That isn't even the lowest i can go
I have set the idle up like this because it is the lowest rpm without losing oil pressure.
I just like the sound of the V4 when idling that low and the engine has no prob's with it
Here is my latest map, but i don't pull it trough till 6500 rpm like the map I've got from you.
For me it's the best map i have driven yet, with a lot off power en very good response on the throttle.

I now pull trough until 5700 rpm when the hard rev limiter cuts in. my shift light goes on at 4900
Have you already implemented a temp sensor? any advantage's? I'm thinking of using a lambda sensor to the aux input.

No offence taken . I haven't come to connecting the temp sensor yet. But now that I also have Jolted up my Saab 96 I will try it there first. I want to use the existing temp sensor and as much of the original wiring harness as possible. The plan is to hook it up to the lead between the gauge in the dashboard and the sensor and separate both circuits with diodes. A diode could reduce current, resulting in a faulty reading on the dashboard gauge. I will give this a try first and when it works use the same method on the Sonett. The clockwork on a 96 is much more accessible than on a Sonett, so it is easier to try there.

Today made up a dummy distributor, so i could elemenate the stock dizzy!
I'm convinced that the megajolt system will not lett me down!
Also made some brackets to hold the ignition leads so they aren't drifting around in the engine room any more

As the main reason for me to start with Megajolt was to get rid of the dizzy I am very interested in how you did your dummy dizzy. Haven't come yet to sawing an old dizzy in two and adapt it. Will be the next project after refurbishing the front wheels and making a new vacuum point in the inlet manifold of the 96.

As promised, some pictures!
Here is my dummy against the old stock dizzy
And here some close up's
The dizzy also has the function of turning the oil pump around, this is why i needed to keep the lower part of the dizzy with the sprocket and connecting rod.
But when you cut the dizzy in half you get alignment problems because there is no bushing, this is normally located at the top of the dizzy. So i took that out as well and on the lathe i machined these 2 together with a press fitting. And at the end of the shaft i made a cir-clip to avoid that the shaft falls out of the holder.

I like things to be neatly in the engine room, and the ignition leads were not!
So i made up some brackets to hold them!
I really like the look of it now with the dizzy out and the ignition leads nicely in place above the rocker covers!!
