I haven't heard much about it being good or bad - except for the complaints about the constant popups. Have you found it useful?

We're also considering migrating the forums to a different technology, like discourse to make it easier to find information.

Well it allows to use forum via Tapatalk app on mobile devices. When you use a few forums it is nice to have all in one place via Tapatalk app.

Nagging popups can be turned off.

codinghorror's Discourse has mobile friendly UI so maybe if not Discourse or Tapatalk you could consider changing UI to mobile friendly Theme?

the goal is to migrate to discourse - we should've done it a while back, but got delayed.

it's getting on the short list because this forum is getting long in the teeth!
