Looking at adding telemetry to a car which already has data logging. basically the car is fitted with a Cosworth/Pectel SQ6 ecu which deals with the engine and gearbox parameters+ logging and a AIM MXL pista dash which also logs engine details along with track data via GPS or track beacon.
What we want to do is ideally send the dash data real-time via race capture but the dash only has jack plug type connector/lead to USB and the engine ecu has a mil spec to can bus lead for down loading.
we could of course break in to the input plugs in either system to supply the data but your input would be appreciated. Have attached wiring details for the AIM dash as a help. :?:
