Where is the downloadable manual for the MJ? Or am I forced to cut'n paste each web page?

Label me old fashion but I prefer "hand-held" documentation while tinkering with hardware. Suffice to say, It's most frustrating, that when I need detailed instructions during installation, I have NO choice but to log-online, cut'n paste, then print.
For the $170 spent, I'm disappointed that the MJ came with zero assembly or installation instructions, zero software or owners manual - when all it takes is a $.10 CD. And after I finally DL'ed the required software, I see that it's well over 6 years old... with zero text under the "Help" tab.
