Can anyone help me out with map design? Is there a formula behind map building? eg bore size,cam lift, stroke etc?

Sorry for the delay in replying. Map design is a function of engine tuning. An engine tuner familiar with your engine can help you construct an ignition map that works with your engine.
The generic process is to tune ignition advance for highest torque across the RPM band while keeping the engine under the knock threshold. To get this right requires a session on a dynamometer (rolling road).
