Unable to save rcp file

I have the latest RaceCapture app on my android device and am having trouble saving settings. If I try to write or save it says "please open or load a config file first" but if I try to open or load then I don't have any rcp file to use. Is this a bug or should I have a template or basic file to use as a starting point? Right now im unable to save any config settings because of this. Thanks

Hi Stanrc, is RCP paired and connected to your phone? That is my first guess as to why the app is unable to save.

No it is not paired. I don't have the device yet I've just been playing around with the app.

Took a look, this is how the app is coded, you must have loaded a configuration or read one from RCP before saving. Here's a link to a test config for you to use: https://www.dropbox.com/s/580te2e9txl6a ... g.rcp?dl=0 . Hope that helps!

Cool thanks! I didn't think about it reading the config from the RCP but that makes perfect sense to do it that way.
