Cannot connect to MK2

Post by csinasac »

Hi All,

I have been using my MK2 but today when I tried to connect to it via Bluetooth, I could not connect. Neither through 2 different computers via USB that I previously have successfully connected to. The android app is v1.6 and the PC app versions are 1.6 and 1.76. The LED shows solid green in all cases.
I tried powering up the device via USB while holding the button down and it remains solid green.

Suggestions?

cheers,

Craig

Added info:

I am using windows 10 and the computer does not make the connectivity noise when plugged in nor does it show up in the USB controllers under device manager. Note the same ocurs on 2 computers and I have previously successfully connected to both. Also, I have an older MK1 that does show up under the USB devices fine
