Library with maps?

I'm looking for a basic map for my Chevy 350 engine, similar to the standard HEI distributor curve, to use when I start it up for the first time and before I start to make the unique settings for my own engine. I have seen in the forum the that there is a need of a library with maps for different engines and basic setup, so Brent, do you have any intention to add maps to the Download area or making a new part for maps on the site where users can upload? An FTP area?

Good to see American V8 getting Megajolt. (not necessarily agree with chevy in a shelby) I too want a database with working ignition maps for different applications. Currently a map could be uploaded to the site, but that system won't be good for this. I think a special section should be made, where maps are stored based on engine make, size, etc. Similar to exhaust sound clips: http://exhaustsoundclips.com/phpbb2/dload.php

I agree, a new section on the site like the "exhaustsoundclips" site would be perfect.

My plan is to add a MegaJolt system next winter to replace the original HEI distributor so I'm preparing the installation and looking for parts this summer.
