BMW F80 - No OBD data avaialable

I just received my RC/Pro3 and OBD cable. Unit is at latest 2.11 firmware and powers from OBD cable but cannot see any OBD info including RPM and script to log CAN shows nothing.

Other OBD tools like OBDLink MX have no issues reading RPM or other data on this car.

Do I have a bad OBD cable? How do I start to diagnose what is going on?

Did you enable the obdii via the app?

Yes...

I did a factory reset through the terminal interface and everything is working great now.
