Better data export options

I find analysis difficult even on my Nexus 6 screen, so I tend to export the logs post-event and analyze them on a PC. However, there is not an easy way to export multiple logs.

* Move export functionality out of analysis area for easier access
* Provide for multi-log export in one operation
* Default filename to log name
* Transfer log files through telemetry (haven't gotten telemetry working yet to play with it more)

Got a number of issues that cover those use cases, or at least tangentially:

In particular, the merging of sessions, which could be done before a session export. It could also be done at the time of export as well.
