I'm assuming this won't work with race capture/track due to lack of LUA?

Brent, will it also work when using the Legacy adapter on one of the buses? Not sure how the mk2 connection ports are setup.brentp wrote:RaceCapture/Track MK1 does not support Lua scripting, which is currently needed to control ShiftX2. The new RaceCapture/Track MK2 currently on pre-order does support Lua scripting, and can work with ShiftX2.
Thanks - Hope that clarifies things!
RaceCapture/Track MK2 with it's dual CAN bus can work with ShiftX2 using an RJ45 splitter; that way OBDII data can be accessed on CAN bus 1, and ShiftX2 can be controlled on CAN bus 2.
A splitter like this would do the job. The OBDII cable would plug into one of the ports, ShiftX2 in the other port, and the splitter's end would plug into RaceCapture/Track MK2.

Hope the description visualizes it enough; we'll get it written up when we have a chance to demo it.
Thanks!
