can not get session list on iOS computer

I have sessions that show up on the iPhone app, but will not show up on the computer when connected.

How do I access the log files on the phone if I export them there?

How do I get the iOS computer app to see the session files.

Hi,

On iOS it's currently a bit tricky to get at the files, due to iOS's restrictions on browsing files. We're working on making that a bit more flexible, but in the meantime, there's a way to do it using an external program that can help access files on your iOS device. See the attached document written by another RaceCapture user:

Thanks. What is weird is the session logs would show up on the mac OS computer app and the iOS, these only show for the iOS. Even tried the windows computer app, and still, only on the iOS (iphone). Thoughts?

You might have worked it out already but posting in case someone else asks.

From what I can work out the RCT logs it’s telemetry data to the connected device when you’re in the dashboard and not the the RCT.

Doesn’t seem to keep a local copy of the data in the RCT.
