Problems with Firmware update to rcp mk3.

I am trying to update RCP MK3 to the latest firmware. I have tried both methods with no success. The App locks up after you select upgrade firmware at the screen requesting to save files before proceeding. It will not move past that point. Any ideas ??

Hi, Sorry we missed this earlier. Did you get the firmware eventually updated?
