Iphone App?

Post by iclark »

I am taking a long trip in my car and don't want to take a laptop. It is hard to tell what is working or not without one.
Is there an Iphone app for Megajolt. I have a copy of Mobisquirt. Will Mobisquirt break the the unit or corrupt things. It might give me a clue if the unit is working by the roadside. I have bought an RS232 to wifi unit that i thought might work with Mobsquirt. It looks like the android option is Bluetooth.
Any suggeststions. Thanks Ian

The best/easiest option with bluetooth is with Android; If iOS, you'll need to use a BTLE interface for a custom app.

I agree. Apps on IOS are limited so it is best to use bluetooth with android.

There are a lot of limitations with iPhone, and Bluetooth is one of the reasons I prefer android over it. Also, some of the apps I want like medical apps are not available on iPhone.
