Single cylinder crank fired motorcycle system upgraded to mj

So I have installed mj on my single cylinder motorcycle. Using one channel from edis and single cop. Megajolt is successfully installed using oem pulse generator and trigger wheel made by a gun smith. Megajolt is powered up and using sodastream canister with snubber for vacuum offset. My question is how to integrate starter switch and motor and can I just delete old CDI wiring and ignition coil wiring? If I could send someone a wiring diagram to have a look at that would be amazing. Kind regards
