Micro SD Card size and data speed

If I want to log engine data (temps, pressures, RPM, AFR, MAP, etc) plus driver data (GPS, speed, brake pressure, steering angle) for an 8 hour endurance race how large of a micro SD card do I need? Assume I am capturing data at normal frequencies for the given sensor. For example, will something like this work?

Please keep it under 32GB - RaceCapture/Pro is not compatible with SDHC cards. A fast card to reduce latency is helpful too.

8-32GB will be plenty for any endurance race.

didnt you mean sdXC is not compatible.

You are correct. SDXC is what's not supported.
