Hello all i am very new to all this and have taken the plunge into megajoltLJ. It is being installed onto a 1.6 ford zetec running on twin 40 webbers, using a mondeo TPS. I have got a built up MJ and EDIS4 unit and coil pack but now i need to know what goes where with the wiring, i have seen some diagrams for the edis4 but all the abreviations are bit beyond me and dont seem to tally with other diagrams,

So the long and the short of it is has someone got a wiring diagram for theset-up in english for a Moron!! Thanks guys im sure you get fed up of people like me!!
Many thanks matt

Hi,

Agree, documentation can always be better!

See this "Installation section" in the Information Library (link above) for the V3 controller. If there's anything there that's not clear let us know!

Thanks for your interest in the project!

There is a link above, to technical info: <a href="http://www.picasso.org/mjlj/?q=node/vie ... /view/2</a>

It shows a nice diagram of EDIS-8, wired to coil packs and EEC-IV. Instead of EEC-IV youll be using Megajolt. Other than that everything is exactly the same.

I printed the installation instructions and read them three times before starting to install.
Don't worry this is no rocket engeneering but sometimes thricky in the details.

Furst install the needed parts where you whant to implant them in your car and then
start the basic wiring tget it running. Shift lights and rev limiters come later when it is running.
