Here is what you can do with a RaceCapture and $28 shock sensors
Overall Roll, Front and Rear Roll, and thus your measured roll gradients. Pitch too if you want. Heave.... I could go on. OMG I love this thing. (axis's changed), but if you have the sensors and want the formulas I'm happy to share.

Looks great! You should try the scatter plots in the new RaceCapture app V2.0 beta

I do, but I need to know the slope of the line to derive the roll/pitch gradients.
