Android App is still not working

I am still facing problems to connect RaceCapture Pro MK2 using the Android version of the app. I had issues that I could not connect using even iOS and Windows app tool. I re-installed the usb ports on my Windows and it worked. On iOS same thing. However, I can´t find any procedure that makes the device to connect to Android app. Any tip?

Hi, for the Android app we recommend connecting via Bluetooth. You will first need to Pair the Android device with RaceCapture's bluetooth (outside of the RC app) - then you can run the RC app; go to first time setup and go through the setup wizard.
