FoMoCo sensor 6M8G 12K073 ??

Maybe someone can help me shortcut things... as I have been gathering bits for the EDIS MJ conversion I picked up a free sensor from a Mazda ^ 2.3 litre camshaft position. Ford part in a Mazda is no longer a surprise. I am working on setting up a test rig with my spare trigger wheel to test sensors before I waste time making up custom mounts. Anyone recognise the number as being a suitable VR sensor ?

Don't know about that sensor, but if you have a scope you can see if it generates a sine wave as expected. The EDIS module is surprisingly compatible with many different VR sensors.
