Android won't install, not enough space?

I'm trying to install the RaceCapture app on my Lenovo Android tablet. It's version 8.1.0.

However, it says I don't have enough space to install the app. I cleared and cleared, and am down to 9.3GB installed of 16GB, so over 6GB free. But still it says not enough space and won't install. I looked on the version I installed on my phone and it says it's only using 116MB...

Something seems wrong here. Any advice?

Well I just did a full android reset. Kind of a bummer, but that did fix the issue...

Good job figuring it out! Sometimes rebooting / resetting / factory wipes are the only ways to fix things that our outside of our control.
